another very awesome contest soon.

*********** Original Post:

Yep, it's definitely time for a new contest.  This one is being sponsored by our friends over at Math Maze
. TEN of you are going to win.  Five of you will win the Starter Game
Set and five of you will win the Mastery Game System.  The last ten
commenters will win (and the last five of those ten to comment will
with the Mastery Game set).  This is a SUPER fun game and a great way
to sharpen those math skills over the summer with your kiddlins.

Also, check it out… here are some of the bloggers me and kate and kris met at the FPEA convention.  Me and Kate are standing in the back

I had *such* a nice time meeting these bloggers face to face.  Me and Mags are holding up the HSB Blogger shirts (everybody there got one).  It was also neat to see Amy from Humble Musings.  She's
sitting right next to Mags in front.  Her baby is such a
squeezie-pie. You can read about how I totally freaked her out here.

I'm probably gonna mess up on some of them, but a few who showed up were Mrs.Brook, Kim Murphy, Cindy , Mickie, June, Kris, Maggie Hogan and Barbara's cousin James was nice enough to show up and represent her. If I missed you, please let me know because I am lame when it comes to remembering names and blogs.

Lastly, does anybody know why
you break out in hives? Me and Gena were at a very cool medieval
festival put on by a homeschool group earlier today and I totally broke
out in hives.  I itched like mad, and then finally just fled home
before we got a chance to eat some of the pig they were roasting (they
roasted it whole, snout and all).  It was lots of fun before I broke
out like a big spotted loon, though.  Wow this is getting long.

Anyways, to win one of the Math Maze games, just be one of the last ten humans to leave a comment.

Today my nephew, Luke,
let me know that he was really upset.  Apparently there was some
confusion in the move from his old rental to his new rental (down the
street from me), somebody *accidentally* threw away his important
bag… a bag he had been saving for an entire three months that was
full of dryer lint.  Er… Gena?  Your kid is just plum weird.

And in other weird news… I don't know what the deal is, but my luck
with Tennessee neighbors has been off a notch..  One of our
neighbors has been stopping our kids as they ride back and forth down
the street from my house to Gena's, and asking them suspicious
questions like “Do you date? Are you homeschooled?  Do your
parents spank you?”  Is that not something to be concerned about?  I guess Paul and Geoff the Great
are going to go talk to the guy (he's like 143 years old) and in a
friendly-like-neighborly fashion let him know to stop engaging our kids
in  personal conversation.  I'd rather have my old nudie
neighbor than my present nosey neighbor.   I wonder what the
guy would think if he heard about Luke's 3 month stock pile of dryer
lint.

I guess even way out in the booneys you're gonna run into some corn-nuggets.
