Worms are Bad

Today my son Dippy told me, “You're the best mama I ever had”.  A girl doesn't get a compliment like that everyday.

So are you guys going to vote in the upcoming election?  Today I realized that if I don't get registered to vote by tomorrow, then I can't vote ever again for the rest of my life.  Well, not really, but tomorrow is the last day to register if I want to participate in the upcoming election.  So tomorrow I am going to get my TN drivers license and get registered up.  I cannot believe that I have been here for over a year and STILL haven't gotten my TN license.  Naughty. Coie hasn't either.  Geoff the Great has, but he always does *everything* right.  He's a good man.

Lastly, my computer is on the blitz.  Apparently I downloaded a worm.  What. A. Drag.
I'm on Coie's computer right now, and i have no idea when I'll be up and running… so if you've sent me an email, now you know why i'm ignoring you.

PS anybody know if Maria had her kid yet?

I don’t have to get my driver’s license until the spring (I THINK it’s 2007 that I’m supposed to renew it, anyway). I usually look forward to renewing my license for one reason: the mug shot –oops, I mean the picture– ALWAYS turns out terrible, so I keep hoping that the NEXT time I renew it, the picture will finally look normal. It never happens….*sigh*….LOL.

FROM MARIA No baby yet! 10/6/06 — AM

    No Jen-

He's still hanging in there. I'm still rather large.

Maybe by this weekend. If not my midwives want me to go in on Tuesday and have an ultrasound and make sure that everything looks ok… UGGHH The less intervetion the better with me.

    Thanks for your comment. 🙂

Yesterday my computer went non-internet functional on me and I almost cried… my sister spent the entire evening running all the scans and disk-cleansing tasks that you’re supposed to do regularly and I didn’t know about, and now, 32 spyware deletions later, I’m up and running again. SO relieved :).

I should get a driver’s license someday… taking the train everywhere gets pricy.

Mrs. Ig, so you got worms, huh? I hear Hartz-Mountain makes some good products for that. I’m still waiting for some nut-job diet guru to proposed worms as a weight-loss gimmick…. oh wait a minute, you meant a COMPUTER worm!!! Never mind!

Yes, we’ll be voting. Did you know we will be voting on a constitutional amendment conerning the definition of marriage in TN?

We’re looking forward to spending the evening with Coie.

No, we are not voting. Voting means an all day trip to Bucharest and with the cost of gas, that would mean about $100. Yikes! I don’t even know what’s on the ballot in Alabama. Shame on me.

Don’t you have like 30 days after moving to get a new license?

I’ve had a Michigan license my entire life, however I haven’t lived in Michigan in about 10 years. It’s a military thing. My dh claims Mi as his place of residence,so I don’t have to. Except here in Guam. They say spouses have to. I’ve only met one spouse who actually got a Guam license though. LOL

    nope!

I don’t know anything about a new baby. But, I had to get on here and reprimand you for not getting your TN license yet! Shame on you! 😉 (just kidding, of course!) 🙂

Thanks for the voter registration reminder. I have to get mine redone tomorrow, too! YIKES! MY DH is the same way…he’a always on top of those kinda things, too. Poor guy, once I was so slack, I didn’t let my car inspection go 6 months past due (I was travelling every week for work at the time) and he drove my car to the airport to pick me up and got pulled for being 6 months due on the inspection.
