And Then There Were Seven
I was doing dishes this morning (I’m always doing dishes) and I had James sitting in a chair watching me. All of a sudden his eyes got all red and he started saying, “Please Mommy? Please? Please Mommy?” so I kept asking him, “Please what? Please Mommy WHAT?” and then he burst into tears and said, “Please mommy get my Coie” and then he stood up on his chair and reached into the kitchen towards the phone and said, “I call my Coie onna phone”. That was enough to make *me* almost start bawling. Yep, Coie is now in Here are some pics right before she left. BoBo loves this special brother/sister hair cutting time. See how he simply glows with sunshiney delight? Coie finally told him, "you ought not grump up because these pictures will probably get blogged and everybody is going to think you’re a bad attitude boy" there, that’s a little better here is Bobo practicng for Ringling Brothers. All he needs now is a big red honkity-honk nose and some floppy shoes… it’s funny how kids grow into their names. James is still in pre-clown training. He hasn’t quite got the magic yet. But he’ll grow into it. He’s an Igarashi. It’s inevitable. And yes, those are my glasses. Here’s Coie… who knows what she’s doing. I would venture to say that more than half the time she can’t even figure it out. Here is Geoff with Mr. Roy; they’re building a house. Doesn’t that look like fun? I didn’t think so either, but Geoff thinks it’s the greatest thing ever. Boys are *so* weird.

Men and their toys
My DH sells tools for a living. It's amazing to see a guys reaction when they hear what he does. They love to get on his Tool Truck and salavate all over the place. So funny.
I guess building a house is a Swiss Family Robinson kind of thing.. LOL

Nice picture.
I can get you more. Now the walls are up so you can't see anything they are doing. : ) All I am hearing is the bang banging all day so I know they are ok.
I bet you will miss that Coie girl.
*Only* 11 days! surely it won't feel like 11 days….
Love,
Maria

your little boy crying like that over your daughter? awwwwww. That made me smile and get a bit choked. It sounded just like a little boy would say it too!

She does a very good job cutting hair. If it weren't for ears, I would do much better.

That made me tear up just reading about it! I can't believe Coie didn't take him with her…poor baby…
I do see through your plan, though. Post cute family pics and a very-sad-miss-you story so Coie learns her lesson and never dares to leave Curry Farm again.
The end.
Love,
Marshie
PS We're heading to CA on Mon to visit my brother. Any chance we'll run into her at Knott's Berry Farm or Legoland???

Hi:)
Just wanted to let you know what a great time Richard had at the Men's Retreat. He would have never known about it if it weren't for you, so a big *Thank You* for posting it on your blog!!!!
Richard described your husband as a "sweet soul". I am so grateful that he was able to spend time with godly men!!!!!

Oh, I miss my Jum!
Today I saw the Pels (they read your blog and loved the red dress post), Mrs. Ristau, Mrs. Kannady, Mrs. Linka and Pastor Ernst (but I don't think he recognized me).

You sure that's not a picture of *you* with a short-haired James-wig on? He shore looks like him's Mama!
I love it when my children miss each other (which they don't get much chance to do, but when it happens, I'm so glad!!!).
