Jeneric Jeneralities ~ by JenIG

My reports cards from school ALWAYS started like this: “Little Jenny has potential, BUT she never ever, not even once, has ever followed directions since she's stepped foot in my classroom”.

WELL…. thanks to Jay from Cleveland, the smartest Boy Scout who has ever walked the HSB hemisphere learned me how to post pictures in the COMMENTS section; i already knew how to post pictures in the entry section, but now I know how to leave a picture somewhere when I leave someone a comment.  I am downright giddy.  Go to his site to learn yourself how.  WHAT a smart guy.  Jay From Cleveland, I'm gonna buy you a pizza

(and as a bonus it will be one that I buy –rather than try to make myself).  But you and your family have to come down here to collect it.  If Mrs. Headly ever saw what I did today, she'd be sorry to ever put such words down about little Jenny Wright.

Why thank you Jen, on our next trip south to see Unca Dennis, we’ll take you up on that pizza! Unless the Igs want to come along with the Suarezes to Ohio next month and bring it then (how do you pluralize “Suarez”?). So let’s see — 6 Suarezes + 8 Igs + 6 Ryans = 20 nut cases. But we’ve done the “Homeschool House Party” thing before and we have a nice big *child proof* house!

BTW — another HTML tip — if you use a link with a graphic but don’t like that blue border around the pic, type border=0 inside the img tag after the URL but before the end bracket.

    You win!

You’re brilliant. I’m a dope. Now I owe you, oh, let’s see, yet another dinner I guess! I would think that Jay was secretly helping you with the whole picture thing on the side but since he is such an upright-scoutn-kindofa-guy I know he wouldn’t play favorites.

*groan* — “Somewhere in Time” — the ULTIMATE chick movie. Y’know, it’s really tough for us guys to keep up our macho image while watching a movie like that, and try to fight real hard to not have tears jerked, like when the photo snaps and the little cameo frame appears around Jane Seymore, or in the end when Christopher Reeve wastes away because the love of his life is back at the Grand Hotel in 1904, and she’s a dead old lady in 1979 where he’s stuck at. Guys gotta play it like they got something in their eye at that precise moment, but even though the chicks might be nice about, we know we didnt fool them, and we know that they know. Anyway, I could hold my own watching “Titanic,” but “Somewhere in Time” really plays dirty!

LOL about the report! Mine always used to say ‘Linda has potential but must try harder’ I think the ‘must try harder’ tag followed me all the way through high school!

I love that movie, Amy Beth! Jane Seymour is sooo beautiful…And don’t we always jump when he pulls that penny out of his pocket?! That is one great movie and I just adore the soundtrack.

Oh, hi JenIG. This is your blog right? Sorry…
