JR SPUNKISH TO BE WED!
JR SPUNKISH TO BE WED!
It's official Spunky Jr. has agreed to marry Dippy . She called me this morning and said, “Hi, Mrs Englahshee? I have a proposal” ….but part of the pre-nuptial agreement states that I must get out the vote for the Teen Blogger of the Year award. So given how fond of Spunky Jr. and that she is Coie's best friend, I am more than willing to rock the vote! So if you would like to help me in my quest to finalize the marriage and vote for Spunky Jr.! My son is counting on this. And Spunk the Jr…. better start working on the pronounciation of your new last name: Ig uh rah she

That was confusing. I could not understand what you were rambling on and on about until I finally found the VOTE HERE above the photos. OK, now that I know what to do, I’ll go vote for the Spunkster Jr.

So let’s see, you’ve arranged to be in-laws with the Spunkys and also the Hogans. Arranged marriages are really a great idea. It takes all the guesswork out of finding a spouse by having your parents do the picking. It also dispenses with all that “puppy love,” infatuation nonsense to which young people are prone. Then as a parent, you can pick your in-laws instead of letting the silly kids do the picking for you.
When our oldest son Happy was born, our friends (for whom I was best man) had twin daughters born two days before. So we arranged that Happy would marry one of the daughters. It’s not a strict arranged marriage however since he gets to pick the twin of his choice. And their 6yo son had already proposed to my 5yo daughter. So we parents decided how our families (and our progeny’s gene pool) will be joined. The best part of this plan is, we already know we’ll be spending future holidays and fighting over mutual grandchildren with our friends, not some strangers off the street that our kids stuck us with.
So forget this courtship business! Instead of going back to 1890 like the church is doing lately, we need to go all the way back to 2000 BC!!!

Did you see who won?
Wow…even with a link here…hmmm…well, did you see the results?
My Grandma can do some miracles, even on the last day of voting. Amazing stuff.
You’ve lived up to my expectation to see AT LEAST one weird thing each time I visit this blog. Good job. 🙂
