Praying For the Drews Family
***** EDIT
Emily has come up with a beautiful idea for Marsha, if you are racking your brain for something tangible to help express a message of love and support for the Drews family, Emily has come up with a way that’s extraordinarily meaningful. Click HERE
Please pray for Marsha’s family. She is so well loved by so very very many. Please pray for their entire family. Pray for God’s comfort and His grace. Pray that she’ll be enveloped with an uncommon peace and that she’ll not only know that all grief is short, but that she’ll FEEL it thru and thru.
All life is so short; we have the great hope of seeing everybody that we love again. SOON. We will see them again very soon.
Oh God, WHY? I know you love her. Why their family? God please don’t be silent, but come near and truly comfort everybody touched by this. Help us not to lose faith thru this, but, Lord, it feels too hard to go thru. It is too hard to go thru. Please just come back now so we no longer have to go thru this impossible life. Just come back, soon, please. God, this is too much to bear

Jen,
Because I know you’ve met Marshie in real life, I’m praying for you. My heart aches, as I know yours does, too. Praying for you, Jen, as well as for Marsha and her family.

I can’t even…can’t even pray. God is hearing my ‘prayers’ through my sobbing for her. I can’t bear it.

She was really loved. This is the second blog I have seen a request for prayers for this family on. I hope that they kind find some kind of peace in God’s love.

Thanks for being such a good friend to Marsha. I don’t think any of us knows really what to think or do. I’ve been a mess since you told me earlier what happened, but I have to believe that somehow, someway, God is going to work in and through this situation – even though it makes NO sense at all. I love you so much… I’m praying for YOU as well as the precious Drews family.

So heartbroken for this family. I found out what happened. I cannot imagine the grief. Crying and praying for their family and for you as you minister to her.

I’m so very sad for Marsha and her family. It’s such a very horrible loss. I find comfort knowing that little Dozer is in heaven with our Savior, playing and running and Jesus is loving him. I also have comfort knowing that we will all see him again. Thank you for your sweet tribute!
God bless you ~ Julie

Oh my. I’m just now getting word about this tonight. I’ve been hopping around trying to find out what happened, but then realized I needed to just stop and pray! Oh how I wish I could just drive down there right this minute and give them a hug!! I’m praying…

Hated (HATED, HATED) to come back from vacation to learn this sad news!! We are praying. If you talk to her – as I know this are so many blog comments, etc. that she will weed through – please tell her that she is welcome to contact me. You know we lost our Jessica years ago… and sometimes it helps to talk to someone who shares your sorrow but that you don’t know that well.
